4 months of pain

Hi,



i injured my hand four months ago from an impact, the pain has been consistent but is now getting worse, i have been to have an x-ray which shows no break, what could the pain be?



i am unable to turn or tighten anything (like a bottle top), cannot use my hand for support, and i am unable to lift anything remotely heavy. doctors so far have proven nothing except that my hand isn't broken and don't seem bothered about why i'm still in pain after four months.
